Rental Fees include 10% Security Deposit, Utility Fees (Monthly renters only), Pet Fee ($150 per dog), Cleaning Fee ($300) plus State Tax (6.625%) and State Occupancy Fee (5%) can be paid in installments but MUST be paid in full by April 1. No Cancellations after April 1, 2024.

We love our dogs and want you to feel comfortable bringing your furry friends with you. Well trained dogs are welcome to stay with a $150 pet fee per dog.

Enjoy our beach chairs, beach tags and umbrella, 4 bikes with helmets and beach games....Spike ball, 4 Pickleball paddles, Giant Jenga and 2 boogie boards.

Linens for all beds included in rental. 12 sets of towels and blankets for couches are also included. We do NOT provide pillows due to COVID.

Use your 4 digit code to access the front door and she shed.
We ask you to strip the beds and bring linens and towels to the laundry room. Trash bags should be placed in bins outside and the dishwasher run upon check out.
